Each individual candle is made from Soy wax hand poured, There may be some differences with each candle as they are made individually using different decorating items, so may not be the same as in the photos, and your candle may experience some frosting.
“Frosting”on your candle is more noticeable with coloured candles and this occurs when the candle is made of soy wax. Candles with vanilla fragrance may discolour with UV exposure, keep out of direct sunlight to avoid this.
As a natural wax, soy wax candles are prone to ‘frosting’ white discoloration on the wax caused by crystalisation of the wax oils. This is very common and often unavoidable, so it is important to note that frosting does in no way impact the scent throw or quality of the candle. Frosting often results from temperature fluctuations, and whilst we take care to store our candles at an appropriate temperature before shipping, we do not have control over the temperature of the candle once it is dispatched.
Tips to avoid frosting:
Once your delivery arrives, try to avoid leaving it outside or in your mailbox for lengthy periods of time before collection
Store your candle at a relatively steady temperature in your home
Enjoy your candle soon after it arrives - over time frosting is inevitable
